Hannah Picotte

I was born and raised a "Yooper" from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Growing up I figure skated but traded in my figure skates for hockey skates in my teens and competed on a traveling Girl's Hockey Team. I love spending my spare time with my family and cocker spaniels at the lake. My true passion is fitness. I have enjoyed teaching group fitness for over a decade and have a wide variety of fitness certifications. I have also assisted some of the local hockey teams with conditioning and flexibility classes.

Nikki Long

Born and raised in Fort Wayne I grew up being involved in various sports such as volleyball, basketball, track & field and weight training. I enjoy being challenged to improve. Teaching fitness for over 11 years, I have found that group fitness is where my passion lies. Assisting others in their health goals inspires me to share what was freely given to me. I have several group fitness certiciations including Zumba, Strong Nation, HIIT, Zumba Kids, Spinning, Aquatics, Toning, and Functional Training. I enjoy my family time, playing arcade games, rollerskating, batting cages, driving ranges and axe throwing.

Strong Nation

This high-intensity workout led ​by music. Feel every beat. Sync ​every move. Work every ​muscle with marital arts and ​combat moves. Intensity ​options available. Session ​options of 30-60 minutes will ​be available as we build our ​schedule. (All fitness levels)


yoga

his 45–60 minute yoga flow ​incorporates balance and core ​into the workout. Lengthen and ​strengthen your body while ​increasing mobility, burning ​calories, and increasing your ​flexibility. Options available. ​(All fitness levels)

Are you ready to party yourself ​into shape? That’s exactly ​what the Zumba program is all ​about. It’s an exhilaratingly ​effective and easy to follow ​Latin-inspired calorie-burning ​dance party that runs for 60 ​minutes! (All fitness levels)


BARRE SCULPT

This 45–60 minute session ​focuses on targeting the ​muscles with small ​movements. Great for toning ​the body using light weights ​and body weight strength ​movements combined with ​cardio. Tools such as hand ​weights, bands and balls are ​used. Once you commit to ​body sculpting and strength ​classes, you'll start to see the ​results: newly toned or ​sculpted muscles. (All fitness ​levels)


ST​RENGTH

This class is for everyone and a ​great starting point. Tone your ​muscles, burn calories and ​strengthen your body with this ​55-minute barbell inspired ​workout with light weights and ​higher reps. Once you commit ​to body sculpting and strength ​classes, you'll start to see the ​results: newly toned or ​sculpted muscles. (All fitness ​levels)

Take a 45-minute cycling ​journey with us. All fitness ​levels are welcome to ​experience this class. Please ​arrive 5 minutes early for your ​first class so your bike can be ​custom fit to your body. Water ​is mandatory! Each ride is ​specifically designed to target ​endurance, strength, or ​intervals. (All fitness levels


TA​I CHI

Emphasize your relaxation and ​inner calm with mediation and ​self-defense techniques. This ​60-minute class also focuses ​on improving your circulation ​and balance, strengthening ​the nervous system, increasing ​range of motion, toning ​muscles, and releasing tension. ​(All fitness levels)



TN​T

Focus on your total body in this ​bootcamp style workout. This ​55-minute class with get your ​heart rate up, burn calories ​and make you sweat. It ​combines high intensity ​interval training and Tabata ​pushes into one great workout. ​Options will be provided

for all fitness levels. (All fitness ​levels)


SC​ULPT-N-STRENGTH

It's a muscle-toning class that

focuses on building core ​strength. This class will use ​exercise bands, resistance ​bands, and hand and barbell ​weights to help you achieve ​your fitness goals. Once you ​commit to body sculpting and ​strength classes, you'll start to ​see the results: newly toned or ​sculpted muscles. (All fitness ​levels)
